Check Your Order Status
Online!
Before you retrieve your order status online, we want to make sure you are
aware of one important consideration. We provide online order status
as a customer service and we attempt to update the online order status
database every business day. However, there are times when 48 business
hours may pass before the database is refreshed. When your order
status is displayed, the "Last Update" date will show you when the
information was last refreshed. If it is more than one day old and you
need up-to-the-minute status information, please call our customer service
department at 800-822-2614.
